HermanScience uses account information to provide and secure the CQI. Your individual CQI assessment responses, scores, and profile results are private and are not shared with your employer or sold or disclosed to third parties; employers may receive only authorized, aggregated insights that do not identify you. CQI is designed to support compliance with applicable EEOC guidance, NYC Local Law 144, California AB 1883, GDPR, and other relevant employment, AI, and privacy requirements. While your account exists, your assessment answers, scores, and reports remain linked to it so we can provide your results and support. When you complete a CQI, we also save a separate research record containing only your selected answers, the CQI version, scored profile, and numeric scores. That research record has no account identifier and remains after your personal account data is deleted. Platform administrators can export these research records; customer support cannot view your answers or scoring details in its console. Optional professional and location information may be used, including in aggregate analysis, to improve the application and future user experience; it is not used for the current score, profile result, or report, and is not included in the CQI research record. A limited report input is processed by an external AI provider to create an explanatory narrative. AI cannot change the official CQI result. Account and personal CQI data may be deleted on request; limited payment records may be retained for accounting, fraud, and dispute obligations. Retiring a company deletes its company accounts and private operational records. Numerical HermanAMP prompt scores from those accounts are retained indefinitely as anonymous numerical score records with a scoring date in a common Retired Companies pool for HermanScience analysis. That pool contains no account or company identifiers, names, emails, prompts or conversations. Separate personal accounts are unaffected. If you allow optional website analytics on the public HermanAMP or CQI landing page, we use Google Analytics to count visits. Google receives the public page address without its query string, the page title, browser and device information, and approximate location derived from the connection. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visits. We do not load it on account, assessment, report, invitation, or administrator pages, and we do not send account identifiers, assessment responses, scores, prompts, or conversations to it. You can decline or change this choice using Analytics settings on either landing page. Your choice is stored separately by each website. Learn how Google processes information from sites using its services at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. On the public HermanAMP landing page, optional Contentsquare analytics also records page interactions such as clicks, scrolling, and session replays if you allow analytics. Contentsquare may receive the public page address without its query string, browser and device information, and cookies or similar identifiers. We do not load Contentsquare on account, assessment, report, invitation, or administrator pages. Your previous Google Analytics choice does not enable Contentsquare; the HermanAMP landing page asks you to choose again. You can turn off this collection from Analytics settings on that page.
